Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Its great that you haven't smoked for 6 weeks. The problems that you have mentioned to be suffering from can occur after quitting. Normally, they are short lasting and do go off on their own. In some cases like yours, they can persist. You need to start exercising on a daily basis. In addition, I would advise you to meet a psychiatrist. Had I been your psychiatrist, I would have started you on Bupropion which would take care of the symptoms that you are suffering from and also help decrease any craving for smoking you might be having.
Best wishes.
