Dear Doctors, i am recently married, i mean 1 year 3 months,i m at 32, my wife is at 26, we have been facing penetration problem because of my wife having dry vagina, we want to have a baby, so what should we do, how can we get pregnant, can we use anykind of lubrication oil?please advise

Do long fore play to make vagina more lubricated.

You can use it also.
Use condom which has lubricated for better penetration.
