General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

We have to rule out possible causes like peripheral vascular diseases.

If symptoms persist better to consult a surgeon and plan for an arterial Doppler.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Shinas Hussain,
