What Is The Remedy For The Gastritis And Indigestion In A 60year Old Woman?

Hi, my mother-in-law is 61 yrs old and has long been suffering from gastric, acidity and indigestion problem. Whenever a doctor is consulted, with the medicine intake for 10-15 days, she is fine , but again the problem crops up. This has given her a fear of eating. She eats very little, does not take eggs or any meat, very little veges. I have been trying for the past 7 years. plz help...

Hello.Drugs such as Metoclopramide 10 mg thrice a day are widely used in the treatment of indigestion,but in function of age and the time of evolution of the symptoms ,I think it is necessary to realize a gastric endoscopy.Go to gastroenterologist to request gastric endoscopy and for prescription.
