What Is The Remedy For The Blood In Stools, Pain While Passing And Frequent Stools?

When I was 16 I lost 60 pounds in 1 month. The doctor told me I was lactose intolerant and I changed my diet but it never fixed anything. At age 22 my doctor had me get a colonoscopy but the results were you have the cleanest colon we have ever seen! and nothing further was done about it. Now I m 28 years old and my stool is still always diarrhea and is so painful I cry every single time. I am always tired because I am afraid to eat food because it will cause me to poop. I poop 28 times every day, on average. It doesn t matter what type of food or drink I consume. Even a glass of water will cause me to have a bowel movement within minutes. Even at night I wake up every 45 minutes to have a bowel movement. I would say 50% of the time I will see blood in my diarrhea.

Hello
Sounds like you have severe symptoms with frequent bowel movements. I am glad you had a colonoscopy at age 22 and was normal. I assume you have had stool studies to rule out an infection or parasite in the intestine (strongyloides, giardia, etc.) Stool studies should have also been done to check the amount of fat in the stool.
Frequent episodes of diarrhea could mean pancreatic insufficiency, where the pancreas is not working properly and digestive enzymes are not secreted. Various pancreatic enzymes are available both over the counter and by prescription that may help you.
The blood you see in the stool is likely from the irritation of the frequent diarrhea or hemorrhoids. You may try vaseline or anusol cream to see if that helps.
Hope you feel better
