What Is The Remedy For Stomach Bloating And Viral Infection?

Hi My son stomach is bloating and now its not soft. Its bit tight. There is voice in stomach. We visited his doctor and he said its starting of viral and infection. He told us to nutrolin B and advised that if need then give him grendem syrup. So tell me what we should we do now

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your son having bloating of abdomen and not soft now, bit tight. Stomach is noisy- called as borborygmi, Doctor said starting of viral infection asked to take Nutrolin B and Grendem drops; wants to know what should be done.
Since your son's Doctor has seen the child, clinical evaluation has been done and the clinical diagnosis has been done.
Please continue Nutroin-B and Grenden syrup.
Send the sample of stool for test.
Blood for CBC to see see if there is any infection of the intestines.
If infection is positive, your Doctor would start antibiotic in addition.
Maintain the hydration and electrolyte balance well.
