Hi I have single sided deafness and my ent doc sent me to get a hearing aid but everyone I talk to say a hearing aid will not help and that the only devices out there are the baha or cros hearing aids

A Baha will be ideal in your case, with the implant on the deaf side. You may take a trial with a Baha, preferably the Cochlear Baha BP-100 before you decide. What you experience during the trial will be improved by 15-20% after the implant. It takes three months for the implant to osseointegrate.
