General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

From what you refer I think that you suffer from Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) that is a pulmonary disease.
But first of all you need some tests to find the diagnosis:
1- Pulmonary X-ray.
2- Spirometry test (Lung function test).
3- Complete blood count.
4- Electrocardiogram (ECG), to check heart function.
5- Urine test.
6- Glycemic index test.

You can make a Fibrobronchoscopy, only if it is needed. You should consult your pulmonologist, that will decide if this test is needed.

I hope you find this helpful.

Take Care.
Dr. Behar.
