What Is The Remedy For Runny And Blocked Nose, Headache And Dry Cough?
Age: 19 years old Height: 186 cm Weight: 69 Kg Medical History: Healthy; I had a nose operation 7 months ago, more of a plastic surgery to straighten the septum. I have quit smoking a week ago. I ve been down with a cold (it s almost a week now) and I am not getting better. I m not sure if it s a cold, or flu, or any other virus; The fact is that I m not taking any medicine yet (I just took analgesics and vitamin C). It started with a sore throat, no fever, runny and blocked nose; after about 3 days sore throat symptoms have disappeared and I m still having a runny and blocked nose (not all day), with a moderate headache. Also, I sometimes have dry coughs with phlegm (sometimes black). I have problems concentrating on my studies as well.
