What Is The Remedy For Rough Skin With Black Spots?

I am having facial skin problems. My skin pores have become enlarged and overall skin texture has become rough with black spots. On exposure to sun, parts of my facial skin become reddened and there is eruption of pimple like rashes which are itchy. my overall facial skin has become highly sensitized. What is the matter with me?

I would suggest you to take capsule Evion 400 od .
Use of sunscreen with spf30.
And kojic ointments.
