hi,I am 24 yrs old, i have got pimples on my face from past 14 years and is left behind holes on my face,and when i travel far i get small pimples all over my chin ..so can u pls help me out

Pimples on face is common in young and adult persons..,
it is called ACNE VULGARIS....it is inflammatory process of..,
sebaceous unit of the skin....due to hperactivity of Hormones..,
1) Frequent washes with FASH bar...contains Triclosan...,
2) Tab Isotretinoin 20 mg daily for 30 days..,
3) Avoid fat and spicy food..,
take plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits..,
4) Apply 1% clindamycin and nicotinic acid cream..,2 times daily.,
5) Tab...Azithromycin 250 mg daily for 5 days...night times...ok...good luck..,

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. this is a universal problem, treatment depends upon personal hygene and balanced diet.you should see that sweat never stays on face, for that one has to wash face frequently with cold water and no soap is used,for in between washes. use plenty of water, fruits, green leafy vegetables. besides you also use sunscreen lotion, anti acne soaps , and antibiotics with the advise of a dermatologist.thank you.
