What Is The Remedy For Rashes Caused By Erythema Ab Igne?

Hi, I just found out what the name is of my mysterious problem.. erythema ab igne. nI have had this rash for over two years and I slept with a hot water bottle on my stomach till yesterday because I didn´t know this was the cause... Is there anything I could do to look a little bit less ugly?

Erythema ab igne is a vasclar response of skin to heat.
You can apply mild steroid cream.
This will give you some relief.
Best approach is to avoid exposure to heat.
Also apply ice on the affected area.
This will be helpful.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
