Hi,

Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial condition. There are so many factors like stress, hormone, sleeplessness, drugs like steroids, dandruff, oiliness of skin, oily food...etc. I would recommend you to take antibiotic like minocycline 100 mg daily morning on empty stomach for long time. Take vitamin C 1000 mg daily at night. Continue application of clindamycine gel. Cleanse the face with cetaphil liq.
Avoid factors which stimulate the acne. Antidandruff shampoo like ketoconzole containing shampoo may be used to cleanse the scalp.

Hope this helps.
