General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your pain can be caused by endometriosis or a hernia in the post surgical scar area. Do not know what tests have you had but maybe it is time to perform diagnostic laparoscopy to see if there is something that can be fixed with surgery and if are there any signs of endometriosis. Hard to give more information as I do not know anything about your pain.
Please consult a gynecologist and ask about diagnostic laparoscopy.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
