What is the remedy for overcoming pain in the anal and vaginal area post heavy workout ?

i am 33, 32-30-33, 45 kg, female,to reduce abdominal fat , i am doing exercise at home in morning 15 to 20min. push up against wall or stretching exercise as pranayam in standing position hands raised up, now a days i feel sensation in vaginal area and somewhere stretch in anal area. whats the solution

Hi Sara21sim, welcome to HCM,
To reduce the sensations you are feeling you should reduce the degree of stretching your legs. Do moderate exercise but regularly and consistently. Rigorous and non regular stretching of legs strains the muscles in the pelvic area and causes pain.
