Hi ,I am from India and overweight through out my life ( Never being Thin) Iam AB +,have tried a lot of exercises ( though not regular..) i am married i have n o heredietry problem as well.The problem is i need some majour advice on diet as i do not over do it My diet paln includes 1oatmeal or a whole wheat sandwich withou butter with cucumber,lunch is 2 chapati and one veggie or boiled rice and dinner is again1 chappati.i am ver disappointed dont know where to head up.
