What Is The Remedy For Neck Pain?

I have got sever neck pain, left side on platysma muscle, since yesterday, I have to take 400 mg Advill q 4 hrs, and have no idea what caused that? I was ok and working on my assignment , that sudddenly I felt pain on my neck and then gets worse and worse.
Would you kindly help me please.

You have not mentioned that since how many days or months you are having this pain. My suggestion to you is take help of a physiotherapist and apply hot water fomentation,intermittent cervical traction and neckmuscle strengthening exercises. Apart from medication which you are taking you should also take muscle relaxant like myoril or myospaz as well. Diclofenec gel will also give you pain relief.
