What Is The Remedy For Motion Sickness?

Hi….my family will be going on a cruise and my children have horrible motion sickness. They are 14, 19, and 21. I called their dr. and she will not prescribe the transform scop patch. I talked to our pharmacist about it and she told me that they are old enough (I was mainly concerned about our 14 year old) to use it. My 14 year old is 155 pounds and 5 6 tall. I just don t want them sick the whole time.

Noted the history of whole family going on a cruise and the children of 14, 19 and 21 have horrible motion sickness.
Since you have no shown or talked to your Doctor, how can you know for sure that she will not give transform scop patch.
Please talk to your Doctor so that she can prescribe the most proper medicines for motions sickness and also give the following hints on how to avoid motion sickness on a cruise.
I would advise the whole family the following in advance:
- Be prepared psychologically. IF you are not anxious then the chances of getting the attacks and severity are reduced.
- Do not choose the cabin near the sea.
- Small frequent meals.
- Prefer largest possible cruise
- Avoid spicy and oily foods.
All these points will help further for an voyage without any problems and can have enjoyment without any problems.
