i have mild intestine pain for 3 weeks now. it moves around in my lower abdomen . it started with my tight belt. i sat and moved forward. what is this

you need to tell ,the character of pain like catching,is it associated with vomiting or bloating any associated symptoms like constipation,diarrhea,burning micturition,redness of urine.any fever ,weight loss or blood in stool. you need to under go some basic blood investigation ,stool test and ultrasound of abdomen.
