I have small hard lumps behind my ear (not cysts or pimples) they are very hard almost bone like. I have been suffering from extreme fatigue for the past year and lately have woken dipping in sweat. I have eczema on my hands (mild) but have noticed that scratch exessively on other parts of my body ie arms, legs, shoulders often until I bleed. Small wounds or spots take months to heal. Can you please offer your opinion on possible reasons and if all the symptoms are linked . Thank you
