Hi,

If you have been having itchy rashes on your armpits for at least 7 weeks without improvement, it is time to get it checked by your physician.

If the area is infected, you might be experiencing folliculitis (infection/abscess of the hair follicles) which need:
- oral antibiotic (or by injection for the first 3 days)
- local surgical cleaning

Once again, get your armpit checked by your physician!
