What Is The Remedy For Irritation In The Penis While Urinating Post Prostate Surgery ?
I have undergone prostate surgery for BPH 20 days back.I have recovered fully except a little irritation in penis middle to tip portion while passing urine. I am a diabetic and is under control. can u pl suggest a remedy for my problem

will surely help you with your problem.
During the surgery for BPH you would have been cathetrised so your symptoms of irritation may be due to the catheter or the surgery also. It will take 6 weeks for the inflammation to subside .so no need to worry symptoms will gradually disappear.
But i advice you to avoid constipation,strenous activity or any sexual activity for 6 weeks.

Nothing to worry this sensation will remain for some time after prostatic surgery.
Take plenty of water.
Go fro urine to rule out urinary infection.
After some time if this problem persisted then consult surgeon and you may require dilatation of urethra.
