Dear sir I understand your concern. I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties getting your blood sugar in the normal range now. I am very happy you are this conscientious because having a well controlled blood sugar is very important in preventing the onset of diabetic complications. The common side effect of januvia is little bloating because it slows down the movement of food in your stomach.its a good drug but having some side effects. i suggest you to do Hba1c and there is need to add drugs like glimipride for better sugar control kindly let me know the duration of diabetes,what is your diet and exersise pattern,what s your fasting and 2 hrs after food sugar levels along with hba1c I honestly hope this helps you as you work towards identifying the best drug and dosages for your diabetes.
