I get headaches everytime I sit down or lie down, headaches are daily and paracetamol or ibuprofen dont help. They often dissapear when I stand up and walk about? Refractive error is one of the reason of headache and blurry vision. You are defnitely having anxiety neurosis. Record vision,refraction test, fundus examination to be done and IOT may be recorded. Any problem detected should be treated. You can take analgesic muscle reaxant. Apply hifenac deep act ointment and apply warm phomantation in back.You will have alround improvement.
