What Is The Remedy For Headache On Left Side Of The Head

I have a sharp pain on the left side of my head. I have been taking painkillers for two day but it has just been getting worse and worse, even when I have taken the painkillers if I am 2 sit down or stan up or walk up the stairs I have a pain, every step I take it hurts my head
