What Is The Remedy For Headache, Fever, Vomiting And Body Pains?

HI, I am having severe headache + fever + vomiting + body pain + sometimes i feel pain in chest. Also, i notice that my esticles skin is getting rough (dry). It happens last 3 days ago. I had takes 5 tablets of crocin 650 but still my fever is 101 degrees. I live in India. Can you tell me what can be the problem?

It looks like you are suffering from a viral infection. However I would like you to get a complete blood count done. Please approach a physician for a clinical examination.
Continue taking crocin. Dryness of the scrotum is unrelated to the fever
