What Is The Remedy For Gastritis Post Intake Of Spicy Food ?

My wife is 32 year old , vegetarian ,weight- 58 kg , hight-5 3 when ever she eat any spicy food even home made food she feel pain in lower abdomen and then doctor prescribe her ornidazole or ofloxacin or other antibiotics along with pentoprazole, esmeprazole or cintopride but she can not take that medicine more then 1 day because she feel acute pain or gastritis problem in upper abdomen and nausea problem from 2 year.doctor says that she has gastritis tendency now she is unable to eat home made food also.after taking meals her pain and nausea problem become increases . her endoscopy report , sonography report, lever function report, and x-ray found normal but her problem are the same . at present doctor prescribe her the following medicine :- Rajo D normaxin Velget Recifex 200 for above problem she had been admitted so many time in the hospital . doctor says that she has no major problem but she is suffering with very uncomfor situation.

Stop all the medications and follow the following schedule for 6 wks.
1. Proton pump inhibitor at night
2. Coating agent (sucralfate) three times a day after meals.
3. Avoid spicy and fried foods.
4. Consume one banana in the morning with a glass of plain water.
5. Half a cucumber with dinner.
6. Avoid aerated waters and fast foods .
7. Avoid tea and coffee for the time being,
8. Check vitamin B12 and folic acid levels.
9. Start multivitamin tablets.
8. ensure regularity of meals.
