I have a fever three days ago n yesterday developed some acute chest pain on the right side about four finger spec below the collar bone. This morning I cough out plenty of green phlegm. I did see a doctor they given me some panadol for my fever. What s wrong with my body

it seems you have got a mild chest infection and the seasonal cough.
its good that you spit iut phlegm which will clear the chest.
1.have steam 3 times daily.
2.drink honey mixed in lukewarm water.
3.dont suppress your cough let it come out otherwise it will reoccur again and again.
