What Is The Remedy For Excessive Hair Growth On Chin With Acne?

hi I have a mirena in but i believe im pregnant it has been in for about 4 years and i have had 2 children older now but the whole time i have had the marina my periods have been normal.about 7 weeks ago i had my last period which was not normal and it was on and of spotting for 2 to 3 weeks ,also after the spotting I experienced 2 weeks of excessive bowl movements up to 6 a day . I thought may be polyps as I have had them years ago after my 2 daughters .an ultrasound a couple of weeks ago said all was normal only when my left ovary was pressed during internal and ask if sorer it was very painful and the right side nothing at all and I have experienced pain in sex in some positions sometimes. and a blood test preformed only;y 1 hcg level.. I still do not have my period my breast have become sore in last couple days and moods explainable. the doctor wants me to have a abdomen CT scan as he said it defers pain to the ovary area sometimes and because of the extreme number of bowl movements. that I have not had as I feel in myself and body it is pregnancy or miscarry or hormonal issues .I do suffer in past 2 years with excessive hair growth on chin and some on nipples and since my 1st child 17 years ago server acne till today.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Acne, hirsutism, irregular periods, altered bowel movements, abdominal tenderness, exacerbated pre menstrual symptoms like breast tenderness, mood changes points towards polycystic ovarian disease. Also endometriosis should be ruled out.
My sincere advise would be to meet a gynaecologist.
Hope this helped.
