What Is The Remedy For Dry Skin With Rashes And Pimples?
Pls I am having problems wit my skin I am fair in complexion wit dry skin,I have used difference types of cream and its damage my skin such as sunburn,rashes,pimples, and some part of my body dark and some are white, pls I need ur help wat kind of soap and creamis d best for me? Jst to keep my natural fair skin?

Generally acne ( pimple) creams cause dryness.
Acne treatment needs a combination of approach.
Please follow this regimen.
1. Apply epiduo ( adapalene) cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face.
2. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep.
3. In early morning apply clindac ( clindamycin) gel.
4. After bath apply suncote gel.
Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement.
