What Is The Remedy For Dark Circle And Puffiness Under Eyes?

Hello sir,
I have dark circles under my eyes and when I get up in the morning there is a lot of puffiness under my eyes and I feel embarrased going out because I m quite possessive about my eyes. I have been using radant i cream for about 2 weeks and it has not shown any good effects yet. I am thinking of using wunder eye cream. Can you suggest any other good method that helps ?
