What Is The Remedy For Cold With Slight Frontal Headache?

6 episodes in 3 months,, sudden onset of cold extreme cold were layers of clothes don't help, awful shaky feeling throughout my body,very weak,slight frontal headache,an pains in forearm's an thighs only, feel like this for 3 or 4 days,takes at least a week for the weakness to completely leave,

the features what you are telling looks like chronic maxillary sinusitis means infection of the sinuses....you need to consult a ENT surgeon... you have to take a course of antibiotics and analgesics...and you have to undergo some radiographic investigations like PNS view and CT of maxillary sinus...
