Hi Doctor, good morning, i am in serious problem, i really need your help.

I have nosal polyp from childhood, had undergone for surgey 4 times, it is still re-growing, first two times it was simple removal, 3rd time i went ENT surgen, he examined, x-rayed and told polyp is coming from teeth gem and he challenged once i do the surgery in teeth gem and nose it will definitely not come and operated. again it is re-grown, 4th time undergone for simple surgery to remove to get rid current situation. it was 12 years back. after this is tried polyp not grown outside as bigger and come, tried to keep my nose dry always, used Rhinocart nosal spray and suvivded till now.



now i am getting continuous cold and cough from 3 months, i using antibiotic and cold tablet, it will go and coming back again from 3 months.



I am looking your suggestion that now i am get rid of it permanently, need modest medical treatments with or without surgery but i should not get more polyp grown.



Please help me....
