What Is The Remedy For Child Having Trouble In Listening?

my son is seven years old he has trouble listening, being respectful, and focusing in school and I have also noticed that he hasn't liked loud noises since he was a baby and sometimes he will cover his ears that is every once in awhile I need to know what is wrong with my child is it just him being seven and the male testosterone or what. He can be mouthy and defiant but he is also very loving at times and seems to want to help with stuff around the house. Please help

I can understand your concern.

You should get him checked up by psychiatrist once. Conditions like ADHD are associated with lack of attention. Some amount of lack of focus may be normal in that age but has to be evaluated. Get psychiatric help at a early date.
