I have been diagnosed with bursitis hip pain. I have had a cortisone injection 2 weeks ago and still no relief. This is the third injection in 3 years. I have groin pain as well as buttock pain with this hip. I am currently takin a prescribed anti-inflammatory drug, dicflocenfac, no relieft. What's else can be done. I have also in the past years been diagnosed with spinal stenosis. What should I do?

Hi.
The bursitis of the hip joint may have an underlying cause. MRI of the hip gives a better idea and suggestion for a better treatment. Continue Diclofenac, take after food and have Ranitidine to avoid acid peptic disease.
An opinion of a physiotherapist may help you to have a better pain control.
Do you have any problems due to the spinal stenosis, as it may just be an incidental finding on CT / MRI. If it is symptomatic , you have to go as per the advise of a Neurosurgeon.
