General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

The "unwanted flesh like growth inside the left nasal cavity" is a Nasal polyp.
Examination of the nasal cavity using a speculum & nasal endoscopy will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.

Symptomatic relief can be obtained with antihistamine preparations & nasal decongestant drops.
However, as it has increased in size to the extent that it is pushing the mid bone towards right & obstructing the air entry on both the sides, it needs to be managed surgically.

So, kindly consult an ENT specialist & discuss regarding this.

There is no need to worry, you will be fine.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
