General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
First of all remove the plaster.
The skin of children is very tender.
Never use antiseptic solutions on suspected atopic dermatitis area, it can enhance the allergy.
Consult a Pediatrician / Dermatologist for the proper treatment with the right dosage of antihistamines and steroids(if need arise)
Give vit A and D as per your Doctor's suggested dosages and multivitamins.
This condition usually settles well and can go away on its own with advancing age.
