I have a lipoma located laterally on my right clavicle. It has been there for years and littlte by little it is growing and becoming increasingly more painful and sensitive. It has caused a long term numbness on my right foot superficial numness akin to a dentist I have had it for over a year hoping it goes away. The numbness travels throughout my extremities. Painful but tolerable. I have no insurance and no job and one to help me. What can I do.
