What Is The Remedy For Diarrhea, Constipation, Gastritis And Flatulence With Bad Odor?

Hi.. I am 60 yrs old male. suffering from diaheara , dystentry, constipation, gas, faltuaence with bed smell. Not all the time all the sympotms. My doctor has given many a times Providac cap. vitazyme, digiplex-T, Flatuna etc. Since lase 3 years I am sensitive to Metranidazole groupt, and Rigut i.e rafiximine. Severe skin reaction occures and I have to take treatment with skin specialist. My doctor had given me first Tinilox and as I got reaction he has change the tablet.Amiklin _(Diloxanide Furoate) and I was cured. but simultenously due to tinilox may treatement for reaction was also continued. Hence also I was not knowing whether I am sensitive to Amiklin also. Please advise proper subsitute. Thanks

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms could be suggestive of intestinal infection that may required proper treatment, if I would be doctor of this case then I would suggest Tab Doxycycline with Tab Chloroquine with Tab Omeprazole and Tab Domperidone once in day, reduce the fat in diet, try to have more vegetables, and drink more water.
