from last two year i am suffering from stool disorder my stool in semi liquid from last two years i started colospa retard twice daily before meals after my stool comes in solid form but there is constipation remain and i hv pain both side of my stomach pls advice i also take isabgol in night

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion no need to take anything because this is not disease, better try some fiber containing diet, drink more water, no need to be over conscious for constipation, take care have a nice day.
