What Is The Relief For The Pain Due To Degenerative Disk And Progressive Arthritis?

My Dr. stopped seeimg me because I didn t take one of my pain medications,know I can t find another Dr. to help me with my sever, everyday pain.I have degenerative disk, progressive arthritis ,and syatica .I was with this Dr. for 7 yrs.Is there a Dr. that will help me ? I was on 24 pain killers a day ,way to much I do not want the same amount of pain pills ,but I suffer everyday, severly and just want medication to help me be able to function , and deal with all my pain, and to be able to try to live a some what normal life. my pain is debilitating .

thanks for your question,
if you are suffering from degenerative disk and arthritis you have to stop taking painkillers.

go for physiotherapy clinic and take treatment

take SWD for decreases inflammation and for pain relief.

take interferential therapy for radiating pain

take ultrasound at painfull site it will give you internal healing.

and plus exercise flexion and extension for back will prevent further arthritis and give you pain relief

do not pull or push heavy objects

do not lift heavy objects

avoid jerky movements at back

do different types of stretching exercise will give you better relief from arthritic pain

stretching exercise like calk and harmstring will beneficial for you.

walk as much as possible.

do not sit on ground or on bare surface

do not walk on ground with bare foot always wear soft heel sandles
