hello, this is quite embarrassing, however recently I noticed as I was in the toilet, I noticed as I was releasing my bowels that there happened to be a red stringy thing which had exited along with the stool, it was mucusy and was very red in colour. I was slightly shaken by this, as last year around the same time, I had found blood in my stool twice, both times were not a significant amount, however they both surprised me. Also, I occasionally find that the colour of my stool changes a lot to a greenish colour, my stomach often does cause me pain, especially this summer where I was consistently getting a sore sharp sensation on my tummy, and often if I press on my tummy it feels really delicate and hurts.
