What Is The Red Patch On The Nipple After TUG?

Hi, 2 years ago I have had a skin and nipple sparing mastectomy with implants. A month ago I have had the implants removed and a TUG (inner thigh)flap breast reconstruction still with my own nipples and skin. I have got now on my left breast a red patch. It looks like sunburn (my breast have not been in the sun). I showed my plastic surgeon this patch when it was smaller but he said it all looked just fine. Yet, over the last couple of days it has been getting bigger.(now more or less 7cm2) My plastic surgeon is now on holidays. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks, K.
