What Is The Recovery Time For Sentinel Pile Removal?

I am 25 years old, i underwent surgery for sentinel pile removal and piles. Procedure followed was under general anesthesia which included 1) Infra red coagulation of internal and external piles 2) Anal dilation:3+2 fingers 3) R.F excision of sentinel pile. Its been a week now since surgery. I am still experiencing little pain while passing bowls which is followed by discomfort for 45 min - 1 hour. Please advice how fast would the post operation recovery be and till when i will experience this discomfort.
