What Is The Reason Of Losing Weight In Hypothyroid?

hi, i m having piles from last six months paining a lot cant sit at one place constipation a lot & got a weight loss of 6 KG now i had done all routine test now 1 Diabetes is normal 2 Im having Thyroid TSH very minor,for this i got Elthroxin 100 3 Infection in my urine & stool ,for this my doctor has suggested me ZIL O.Tab Metrogyl Compound,& Syrup Cital 4 Cholestrol is high 248 ,for this Stator-F I wanted to know if i m having hypothyroid then instead of gaining weight why m i loosing weight? Is the weight loss is cause of piles which getting me problem from last 6 To 8 months? how much time will it take for urine & stool infection to be ok?

I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism. You are taking eltroxin for that. But you may take higher dosage of eltroxin which leads to drug induced hyperthyroidism. Hyperthyroidism leads to weight loss. So go for T3, T4 and TSH and set the dosage accordingly. Your infection has no relation with that.
