What Is The Reason For Tightening Of Gums Near The Molars?

I recently had wisdom teeth surgery about a month ago, and I think everything is healed up now. but just recently, the left side of my mouth, near the molars the gum is feeling tight. explanation for this? and what i should do? im only 15 and have no history of cavities

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the tightening near the gums or at the site of the exatraction site could be the healing of the extraction socket with fibrosis because of the approximation of the buccal and lingual flaps and sutures. nothing to worry, do saline gargling and massaging over that area. i hope my answer will help you. take care.
