Hi Ii am a 26 year old female I way 227lbs 5 5 for the past 4 days my stomach has been hurting on and off with the feeling of being nauseous with hot flashes for a couple of weeks I was constipated I started to drink metimuclle I took a home pregnancy test but it was negative I ve never had a natural period so I didn t think it was that. I only get my menstral when I take birth control pills. Last night I took a b12 vitamin and a vitamin E after I ate I had running diarrheaand my stomach began to hurt more it stopped for a while then around 3am it began to hurt more at 5 am my stomach was hurting so bad I was in the bed rocking in the fetal position moaning. I ve always had stomach issues but not this bad please help
