What Is The Reason For Strong Pulse When Laying On The Left Side?

Yes thanks, when i lay on my left side of head I feel this pulse that is like a strong pulse beat every few seconds, but when i lay on my right i dont feel anything, when i check my pulse on wrist its normal, and my blood pressure is good, so what is causing the strong pulse beat feeling when I lay on my left side, I don t hear my heart in my ears but i just feel this odd beat that is strong on my pillow like a boom then its okay for a while then a boom again, I was wondering if this could be a nerve jumping?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if your are going to count your pulse on your own then obviously this gives you some different numbers of count every time you count it even if go on changing your position then also this could greatly varies, and that is happening due to your consciousness and apprehensiveness, no need to worry about this, stop reading the pulse on your own, take care and have nice day.
