Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Any neck pain, ear pain. Do you experience bad smell from mouth or halitosis. Any difficulty in swallowing and metallic taste. Are you hearing this sound in one or both ears. Kindly be more specific. You could be having fluid collection in your throat which may be a cause of this sound. Avoid spicy food. Eat healthy. Since you are only 28 it is rare to have a diverticulum, but I recommend you consult an ENT/General Surgeon and get a thorough checkup in this regard. Drink plenty of water.
