Hi,, I am 33 years old, unmarried. My periods are regular start after every 28 days. But Since last 3 years I have scanty periods. It is very dark like close to brown and just for two days after that spotting occurs for 3 days total 5 days. Some times I have needle like pain to the both sides. but after doing yoga pain disappeared. Three years before it was not like this. My periods were for 6 days and bright with normal colour as it should be. What is the reason behind it? Thanking You in advance
